Q1: Why does the machine stop rotating during use?

A1: In order to protect the skin from being injured by the high-speed rotating machine,or machine damaged by improper operation,we have designed the rotor blocking function: 1. When the use scenario requires a higher speed, the machine will stop when the speed is set low, you can solve this problem by increasing the machine speed; 2. When the resistance exceeds the torque of the machine, the machine will stop to protect the machine;3.Affected by temperature, if the external temperature or motor temperature is too high after being used for a long time, the machine will stop working for self-protection.

Q2: Why does the product not work?

A2: 1. Press and hold the power key to check whether the power is sufficient; In case of power loss, the red light will flash and the machine will not start;If the machine needs to be plugged in, check whether the plug is properly plugged in or try again with a replacement board;2. Whether the grinding head is installed correctly. In both cases, the equipment will judge the locked rotor, and the equipment will give a warning of abnormal locked rotor.

Q3:What type of grinding head is compatible with this device？

A3:It is compatible with standard 3\/32\" drill bits.

Notice:

①Clean the nail clippings before removing the grinding head, then replace the grinding head; When cleaning the nail clippings, the insertion port needs to be facing down to avoid nail clippings entering the insertion port;

②Do not take the nail grinding pen to get wet to avoid water entering the machine.
